We found good prices at the hotel. The personnel was great and incredible. Our room was impressive, immaculate, and equipped with a kitchen and toiletries. The venue was in a cute location close to all the stores.

the location offered was cute and super not far from all the attractions. the staff was lovely during our whole stay. we got a room with a rain shower.

Had absolutely amazing stay during the holidays, the staff were AMIABLE, location was particularly good close to all the stores. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Spent a nice evening at Long John Silver's, located right by the venue.

The hotel is located in a central area near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. the rooms are spacious, clean, and come with two bathrooms equipped with showers and toiletries. Guests are provided with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and kitchenware.

The hotel's location close to a charming downtown area with plenty of food and drink options was fantastic. the room was nicely decorated and had a shower and hairdryer included.

The room here has a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea makers, it's quiet, and the breakfast is delicious.

I loved having a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making machines in the room. The hotel's location is magnificent and convenient, close to quiet outskirts with easy access to Pigeon Forge, Tanger Outlet, and the Wilderness area.

The hotel had a beautiful and grand setting, with new and up-to-date features. the spacious kitchen was a standout, perfect for cooking meals during our stay. Additionally, the location was fantastic, offering easy access to various attractions in the area.

Some aspects of the rooms left much to be desired. the sleeping arrangements were misleading, with not enough beds for the number of guests stated.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, everything was brand-new here. the room was absolutely fantastic and beautiful and also had a rainfall shower. the property had a great location not too far from Alligator Alley. the hotel's restaurant was great. This was a nice stay during the holidays with good prices.

The small hotel here was really pretty 😍. the prices were fair, and my room had a fridge, a cozy sitting area, and a charming stone fireplace.
